Midsummer Women's Wellness Retreat

A 3 night Lakeland escape in an exceptionally stunning and peaceful location

Relax, reflect and revitalise with us in Loweswater, a very special quiet corner of the Lake District. Enjoy forest bathing, local foraging, waterfall and lakeside walks, yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, a luxurious treatment or simply kick-back, unwind and take in the view. During your stay our hosts will help you to slow down, connect with nature and find the peace and grounding you need. As you give yourself the luxury of time and space to rejuvenate, you'll be nourishing both physical and mental wellbeing to help bring youself back into balance.

Our accomodation shares it's home with a family of red squirrels and an array of enchanting bird life and other local residents - look out for deer, otters and buzzards too. Our tucked-away private residence is walkable to both Loweswater and Crummock water, two breathtaking lakes that sit quietly away from the large crowds and tourist hotspots - it's the perfect 'away from it all' setting at this magical time of year. All our food is cooked to order, organic where possible, and nutritionally balanced to keep you energised and happy throughout your stay.
